There is currently 1 permanent whole-time vacancy available in Kerry.
A panel may be created from this campaign from which current and
future permanent/specified purpose vacancies of full-time or part-time
duration in Kerry may be filled.
As there is an existing panel in place for Community Worker, Cork
Kerry Community Healthcare ONLY POSTS APPROVED FOR FILLING IN KERRY
COMMUNITY WORK DEPARTMENT will be filled from this panel. All other
vacancies will be filled from the existing panel.

DETAILS OF SERVICE:? The Community Work Department in Kerry plays a
key role in assisting in the development of integrated health and
professional services in the functional area of the Executive.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The Community Worker will work as a member of
the Community Work Department in Kerry under the direction of the
Community Work Manager who is responsible to the General Manager
Social Inclusion
PURPOSE OF THE POST
The Community Worker will work across all Care Groups and with the
Primary Care Teams as required. The job description (attached below)
indicates the main functions and responsibilities of the post and is
subject to review and amendment in light of changing circumstances and
may include other duties and responsibilities as may be determined
from time-to-time by the designated Line Manager.
